Albare, Snug Harbor, 8 and 10 p.m.

Born in Morocco, raised in France and Israel, and now based in Australia, Albert Dadon, aka Albare, boasts an international pedigree. But his style of jazz guitar is decidedly American; he’s been compared to the likes of George Benson and Wes Montgomery, thanks to his sense of harmony and his improvisational style. He and his quartet make a rare stop in New Orleans during their current North American tour for two shows at Snug Harbor on Sunday.
